Front Desk Supervisor
Rockies Heli Canada is looking for a new team member. The successful individual should be very energetic, a great team player, and self-motivated.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Overseeing front desk bookings, reservations and payments.
- Booking tours via phone and internet.
- Welcoming guests and processing them.
- Helicopter safety briefings, loading and unloading helicopter.
- Taking photos of guests and developing photos.
- Programs that are used, Microsoft Office, Excel, File Maker, GMAIL, Google Docs, payment programs.
- Oversee building and ground maintenance.
- Vehicle operations, class 4 drivers.
- Posting on Instagram and Facebook.
Scheduling & Accommodations:
- Shift Work, 3 weeks on – 1 week off
- Bunk house accommodations
