Front Desk Supervisor

Rockies Heli Canada is looking for a new team member.  The successful individual should be very energetic, a great team player, and self-motivated.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Overseeing front desk bookings, reservations and payments.
  • Booking tours via phone and internet.
  • Welcoming guests and processing them.
  • Helicopter safety briefings, loading and unloading helicopter.
  • Taking photos of guests and developing photos.
  • Programs that are used, Microsoft Office, Excel, File Maker, GMAIL, Google Docs, payment programs.
  • Oversee building and ground maintenance.
  • Vehicle operations, class 4 drivers.
  • Posting on Instagram and Facebook.

Scheduling & Accommodations:

  • Shift Work, 3 weeks on – 1 week off
  • Bunk house accommodations
