1. How far in advance can I make a reservation?
We have a wide schedule and can make an online reservation from 24 hours ahead to up to 1 year ahead of time. We also welcome last minute and walk-in requests, please contact us at either the Icefield Adventure Base (Open May - October) or Kananaskis Base (year-round) or stop by and ask for our next available flight.
2. How can I guarantee a Private flight experience?
We offer 2 amazing private tours, the Love in the Rockies and Exclusive Love in the Rockies. If you wish to choose a different experience, we can do an "A La Carte" Private experience tailored to your preferences and you would pay for 1 extra seat to guarantee your private flight experience with your pilot. (Ex: 2 guests pay for 3 seats, 3 guests pay for 4 seats.)
3. What is your cancellation policy?
If you need to cancel your flight, you are able to do so at no charge up to 48 hours in advance of your scheduled flight. If you cancel within 48 hours of your flight, we will charge a 20% cancellation fee. If you do not show up for your scheduled flight without notifying us, you will be charged for the flight in full.
