Sightseeing Tours, Sightseeing Tours with 1 hour exploration walks/snowshoe, Heli-Horseback and Heli-Fishing – Reservations cancelled outside of 24 hours are fully refundable. Tours cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice will be assessed a 50% cancellation fee. No-shows will be assessed a 100% cancellation fee. If you need to change or cancel your reservation please provide us 24 hours’ notice prior to your tour time and we will be happy to accommodate you.
Heli Glamping, Fortress Lake Fly Fishing, Heli-Fly ‘N’ Ride, 4 Day Pack Trip, Heli Hiking and Heli Yoga –Trips cancelled 0-30 days will be 100% non-refundable, 31 days prior 100% refundable, 50% deposit required at the time of booking and full balance due 30 days prior to tour date.
All flights are weather permitting. If for any reason a Sightseeing Tour is cancelled by Rockies Heli Tours Canada Inc. due to weather, your ticket will be fully refunded or you may choose to reschedule your flight. Heli Hiking/Fishing you will be refunded less $50.00 administration fee. Please note that flight routes and destinations may be changed due to weather conditions. Waivers of Liability are required for all adventure trips and off-field landings.
